Focus on organizational culture, labor legislation, and people management **Job Description:** ---------------------- The HR Analyst will serve as a Business Partner (BP), acting as a strategic partner to leadership across our poultry farms, hatchery, and feed mill, supporting people management decisions and aligning HR practices with business goals. The analyst will support and guide managers on topics including organizational culture, labor legislation, internal policies, and best practices in people management. They will provide support to employees and leaders on HR-related requests, including system usage, guidance, and general assistance. Additionally, they will monitor HR metrics and support action plans aimed at improving organizational climate, productivity, and retention.
