Job Summary:
Administrative maintenance professional to support various stakeholders, manage parts and tires inventory, and ensure operational and documentary compliance.

* Monitor administrative maintenance activities and requirements, providing on-site and remote support to suppliers, supervisors, executive management, drivers, and branch offices.
* Manage parts inventory by controlling inbound and outbound transactions in the system, and conduct quotations in case of accidents to ensure agile and efficient replenishment.
* Manage tire operations, including registration, allocation, inventory tracking (head office and branches), map verification, receipt of new and retreaded tires, and recording of tire shop reimbursement claims.
* Support drivers with operational requests, ensuring rapid response to field incidents, including requesting and processing roadside assistance reimbursements when necessary.
* Issue purchase orders and generate and release invoices—including transfer invoices—to ensure documentary compliance.
* Execute and monitor service order processes (creation, return, verification, and submission to suppliers), and manage pre-orders in the internal system.
* Maintain checklist records in the system, track preventive maintenance activities, and schedule appointments with authorized dealerships.
* Manage solar panels and batteries, issue technical reports (Despoluir, Preventive, and Tachograph), and record diesel and AdBlue consumption invoices in the system to ensure environmental and operational compliance.
* Analyze daily routine data and KPIs, attach documents, and respond to requests on internal company platforms.
