Opportunity for growth within an established law firm We are looking for a **Lawyer** to join the team of a law firm with over 15 years of experience, recognized for handling **strategic processes** and for its strong presence across **consultative, preventive, administrative, and litigation** practices. The firm serves companies across diverse sectors, operating in **corporate, civil, consumer, labor, and tax law**, always prioritizing secure and efficient solutions. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage judicial and administrative proceedings; * Draft procedural documents (petitions, defenses, appeals, statements); * Conduct strategic case analysis and monitoring; * Provide preventive legal consulting to clients; * Participate in client meetings and alignment sessions; * Support the definition of case-specific legal strategies; * Ensure timely delivery and technical quality of outputs. **Requirements:** * Law degree with active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) registration; * Experience in civil, labor, corporate, or related fields; * Practical experience in consultative and litigation work; * Strong legal writing skills and analytical ability; * Organized, responsible profile with strategic vision. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working at a law firm; * Experience handling strategic processes; * Multidisciplinary experience across the aforementioned practice areas. **Employment Model:** * Individual Entrepreneur (PJ) **Working Hours:** * 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM * 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM * Monday to Friday **Work Location:** * Pato Branco – PR **What We Seek:** A committed professional with a consultative and strategic mindset, interested in growing alongside the firm and delivering high-level legal solutions to clients.
