Position: Field Coordinator Location: Cascavel/PR Company: Renovatio Renovatio is seeking a Field Coordinator to strategically manage projects, enabling greater organization, standardization, and excellence in field operations execution. About the Role We seek a professional who bridges strategy and execution daily, ensuring that processes, teams, and operational workflows function in an integrated, efficient, and high-quality manner. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor field project operations; Supervise the organization of documents, records, and operational evidence (including photos and reports); Monitor and validate team mobilization spreadsheets; Maintain close contact with coordinators, supervisors, and field leaders to ensure alignment of information and operations; Act as a liaison between operations, administrative departments, management, and the board; Support logistical decisions, such as accommodation, meals, and team transportation; Lead operational teams, ensuring quality, organization, and efficiency in execution; Mediate conflicts and support alignment among teams; Monitor goals, KPIs, and results, proactively driving their achievement; Identify opportunities and implement continuous improvements in processes and routines. What We Seek: Experience in operations management and team leadership; Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills; Organizational ability, sense of priority, and results orientation; Willingness to travel. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in social projects; Background in health/ophthalmology; Experience in process standardization and KPI management.
