Job Summary: A professional to plan, coordinate, and supervise safety, occupational medicine, and ergonomics activities, ensuring compliance and implementation of schedules and action plans. Maintain SESMT documentation and monitor expert assessments Job Location: Poultry Industrial Unit 2 \- Cascavel, PR Working Hours: 1st Shift, 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM Benefits: As stipulated in the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). Responsibilities: * Plan, coordinate, and supervise activities of the safety, occupational medicine, and ergonomics departments; * Ensure implementation of all NR schedules according to the annual calendar; * Monitor expert assessments, issue labor-related opinions, monitor the unit's action plans, and ensure their implementation (NRs, SEDEX, Preventive Programs, etc.); * Update and maintain SESMT documents (PL, PO, FO, Manuals). Requirements: * Reside in Cascavel; * Have flexible availability for working hours; * Hold an active professional registration.
