




Job Summary: A professional responsible for developing and monitoring individualized teaching protocols based on ABA, tracking children's progress, and guiding families. Key Highlights: 1. Multidisciplinary team collaboration and program development **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM and from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Conduct child anamnesis through parent interviews and behavioral assessments of children; * Develop individualized teaching protocols based on ABA intervention to foster skills and prevent or reduce behavioral problems; * Monitor service delivery to children enrolled in the "Abracar" program and implementation of individualized teaching protocols to ensure data collection fidelity; * Enter daily child progress information into the system developed by the technical team; * Analyze system-reported data, monitor children's progress, and propose additional interventions to the Supervisor as needed; * Consistently and punctually attend supervisions, service sessions, and activities defined by the technical team; * Report behavioral progress issues to immediate management and jointly plan intervention strategies; * Conduct behavioral reassessments of patients according to established timelines; * Identify the required behavioral intervention team for implementing the intervention; * Specify objectives and procedures to be addressed by each member of the behavioral intervention team; * Define, together with the multidisciplinary team, the required workload for intervention implementation; * Plan transitions between teams, patient discharge, or case closure; * Plan transitions among Behavior Technicians; * Provide the behavioral intervention team and families with models for implementing a program or procedure; * Address questions and difficulties encountered by the behavioral intervention team and families during procedure implementation; * Meet with parents to report on children's behavioral progress during service sessions; * Guide and train caregivers and families on individualized teaching protocols for home use; * Conduct home visits for parental training and monitoring of behavior generalization, upon authorization by legal guardians; * Consistently and punctually attend supervisions, service sessions, and activities defined by the Supervisor; * Evaluate and provide feedback on the performance of the behavioral intervention team and families in implementing designated procedures; * Develop new programs for beneficiary services; * Draft and update SOPs related to one's area of responsibility; * Review descriptive behavior reports of children to gather information for intervention planning, continuity, and preparation of specific reports; * Draft and revise informational materials and resources as needed; * Suggest new workflows, processes, and information systems for the department to enhance team and cross-departmental activities; * Complete clinical progress documentation for beneficiaries in the Electronic Health Record System and related tasks; * Perform other related duties consistent with the nature of the position, as directed by superiors. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Pedagogy; * Currently pursuing or completed postgraduate studies in Applied Behavior Analysis or Behavior Analysis; * Short courses in Behavior Analysis covering topics relevant to service provision; * ABA Technician certification is a plus; * Participation in cultural, therapeutic, and leisure activities; Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * **Benefits:** Education Allowance, Internal Benefits, Pharmacy Benefit, Parking, Birthday Leave, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Profit-Sharing Program, Private Pension Plan, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher
