Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring and verifying quality and food safety programs, conducting inspections, and proposing preventive and corrective actions. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in audits and problem resolution **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Monitor and verify quality and food safety programs: * Adhere to the laboratory sample collection schedule: * Conduct inspection and systematic recording of products to meet specifications regarding visual standards and weight: * Monitor and verify implementation of quality and food safety programs: * Identify, propose, and monitor application of preventive and corrective actions across various activities: * Monitor trends of non-conformities related to quality and food safety programs within assigned activities: * Perform control and archiving of quality program records: * Conduct training for employees and service providers as needed and/or upon request: * Participate in and accompany audits: * Contribute to resolving problems identified by customers: * Promote proposal and implementation of process and procedure improvements: * Maintain and safeguard area equipment: * Perform quality control and food safety activities when trained and authorized: * Occasionally perform duties as a Watchman, Authorized Worker, and/or Supervisor for Confined Space Entry: * Occasionally perform work at heights exceeding 2 meters (positive or negative): * Operate manual and stationary machinery when authorized and qualified: **Requirements:** * Willingness to reside in Palotina/PR; * Completed high school education; * Availability to work on the 2nd or 3rd shift (12:40 PM to 9:00 PM or 9:00 PM to 4:30 AM).
