Proficiency in Excel; Ability to work effectively in a team; Relevant experience is considered an advantage; Availability to work the second shift; Attention/Concentration; Strong communication skills; Planning ability; Conduct daily analysis of sales orders for billing; Review customer invoices and specifications to ensure accuracy against contracts; Coordinate order preparation for shipping, ensuring all items are picked and prepared according to order specifications; Organize goods transportation to customers, coordinating with freight carriers and ensuring delivery deadlines are met; Monitor delivery status and ensure goods are delivered within established timeframes; Maintain strict control over finished goods inventory, supporting inventory level tracking and verification; Identify and analyze recurring failures in shipping and inventory management processes, proposing solutions and improvements; Assist the Billing Analyst II in identifying cost reduction opportunities and improvements. 2511270202401888931
