Job Summary: Act as the liaison between the technical team, customers, and the manufacturer, ensuring repair quality and service excellence while strengthening the brand. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring continuous updating of technical information **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday; 8 AM to 12 PM, Saturday. **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Brief Description Act as the liaison between the technical team, customers, and the manufacturer, ensuring repair quality, correct application of technical procedures, and service excellence, thereby reinforcing brand image and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities ? Represent the dealership’s technical department to customers, serving as a reference for product knowledge, technologies, and repair procedures. ? Ensure repairs are performed in accordance with standards and technical specifications, preserving vehicle warranties. ? Monitor critical repairs, technical vehicle tests, and deliveries, explaining the work performed to customers and clarifying any questions. ? Track service quality indicators (rework, customer satisfaction, repair time) and propose improvement actions. ? Ensure continuous updating of technical information; ? Provide public service related to the workshop; ? Receive customers through consultative interviews, perform vehicle intake checklists, and subsequently issue work orders for workshop dispatch; JOB DESCRIPTION ? Invoice services performed in the workshop and proceed with billing for issuance of the Fiscal Invoice; ? Handle accident-damaged vehicles, providing full process monitoring during repair, coordinating with insurance companies and third parties until vehicle delivery. **Requirements:** Educational Background Required ? Completed High School education. Legal Requirements (Mandatory) ? Driver’s License, Category B Experience and Tenure ?
