Responsibilities ? Represent the dealership’s technical department to customers, serving as a reference for product knowledge, technologies, and repair procedures. ? Ensure repairs are performed according to technical standards and specifications, preserving vehicle warranties. ? Monitor critical repairs, technical testing, and vehicle deliveries, explaining completed services to customers and clarifying any questions. ? Monitor service quality indicators (rework, customer satisfaction, repair time) and propose improvement actions. ? Maintain up-to-date technical information; ? Provide public service related to the workshop; ? Receive customers through consultative interviews, perform vehicle intake checklists, and subsequently issue work orders for workshop dispatch; JOB DESCRIPTION ? Charge for workshop services rendered and proceed with billing for invoice issuance; ?
