We will transform 440 km of highways with investments totaling BRL 4.6 billion, bringing greater safety, traffic flow, and regional development. The concession period includes the duplication of 239 km of highway, the construction of 20 km of parallel roads, the realignment of 2 km of road, and the implementation of the Peabiru bypass. Additionally, 51 grade-separated intersections, 1 viaduct, 17 at-grade roundabouts and U-turns, 5 pedestrian overpasses, 6 special structures, and 12 km of bike lanes are planned. Ensure the availability, security, and performance of the organization’s IT resources, while providing technical support to users to guarantee service continuity and proper operation of systems, networks, and equipment. **Key Activities:** **** * Provide first- and second-level technical support (Help Desk) to users. * Diagnose and resolve incidents related to systems, networks, hardware, and software. * Perform installation, configuration, and updates of operating systems, applications, and equipment. * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access policies. * Document technical procedures, solutions, and asset inventory. * Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers. * Proactively identify failures and improvement opportunities within the technological environment. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or completed degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL). * Knowledge of Power BI. * Knowledge of Office 365. * Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems. * Knowledge of networking (switches, firewalls). * Experience with Linux and Windows servers. * Knowledge of monitoring systems such as Zabbix/Grafana is a plus. * Experience in technical support and user assistance. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate studies in the field are a plus. * Minimum one year of experience in the role is desirable. **Additional Information** This position is fully on-site in Cascavel/PR.
