Lot 05 of Paraná is one of the most important highway infrastructure projects in the State of Paraná. We will transform 440 km of highways with investments totaling BRL 4.6 billion, bringing greater safety, traffic flow, and regional development.
The concession period includes the duplication of 239 km of highway, the construction of 20 km of parallel roads, the realignment of 2 km of roadway, and the implementation of the Peabiru bypass. Additionally, 51 grade-separated intersections, 1 viaduct, 17 at-grade roundabouts and U-turns, 5 pedestrian overpasses, 6 special structures, and 12 km of bike lanes are planned.

* Coordinate the implementation, maintenance, and auditing of the SGI across all concessionaires under the Highways, Sanitation, and IBH Platform.
* Ensure compliance with applicable ISO standards (9001, 14001, 27001, 27701, 39001, 45001, and 55001\) and relevant legal requirements.
* Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring implementation of corrective, preventive, and continual improvement actions.
* Monitor SGI-related performance indicators and propose improvement plans.
* Promote integration of management systems among concessionaires by standardizing processes, procedures, and corporate policies.
* Support managers and teams in interpreting and applying standards and legal requirements.
* Coordinate training sessions and awareness campaigns on quality, environment, health, and safety.
* Prepare managerial reports and present results to senior management.
* Serve as the liaison between the holding company, regulatory agencies, certification bodies, and other stakeholders.
* Support implementation of sustainability and road safety programs.
* Foster a culture of quality, safety, and socio-environmental responsibility.
* Coordinate social initiatives targeting communities affected by highways (education, healthcare, road safety, social inclusion, among others).
* Ensure social projects align with the Highways Platform’s ESG guidelines.
* Guarantee preparation of sustainability reports according to Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards, consolidating data from concessionaires.
* Integrate management practices with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) requirements.
**Requirements and qualifications**

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields.
* Postgraduate degree or specialization in Integrated Management, Quality, Environment, or Safety is a plus.
* Proven experience coordinating management systems in large-scale enterprises, preferably in infrastructure or concession sectors.
* Advanced knowledge of applicable ISO standards and environmental and labor legislation (mandatory).
* Project management skills and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
* Strong communication skills, including report writing and presentations (using PowerPoint and diagrams), as well as effective oral communication.
* Negotiation skills, including persuasion, active listening, and pragmatic consensus-building approaches.
* Highly motivated, results-oriented profile.
* Ability to mentor and develop team members’ competencies.
* Capacity to independently manage and prioritize a diverse and dynamic workload with multiple deliverables for various stakeholders.

**Via Campo** is the concessionaire responsible for operating, maintaining, and modernizing **Lot 5 – Integrated Highways of Paraná**, a project regulated by the National Land Transport Agency (ANTT). The concessioned stretch comprises **432.77 km** of federal and state highways, with the mission of delivering **road safety**, **traffic flow**, and **regional development** to western, northwestern, and central-southern regions of Paraná.
