




Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for maintaining documentation for municipalities and service centers, coordinating mobilization efforts, and acting as an intermediary between teams and institutions. Key Highlights: 1. Keep documents and photos of service centers up to date 2. Coordinate mobilization and communication with teams and institutions 3. Participate in the development and maintenance of the project schedule Maintain municipality folders updated with documents and photos of acquired service centers. Keep the mobilization spreadsheet duly updated according to work progress. Jointly define, with focal points, appropriate service centers for implementing the three phases, requesting photos and videos for approval. Maintain direct contact with coordinators and supervisors, keeping them informed about all relevant matters concerning the municipalities to be served. Act as an intermediary between coordinators and supervisors and the responsible parties of each participating institution. Explain, distribute, and monitor Informed Consent Forms (ICFs). Assist logistics personnel in scheduling technical visits and perform verification and upload of Technical Visit Forms into the respective municipality folders. Gather relevant information regarding accommodation and meal locations for the team, and instruct the on-site visit coordinator regarding the need to obtain such information. Actively participate in the development and maintenance of the project schedule; conduct on-site mobilization, always seeking the best option for both the organization and the municipalities or institutions within the designated region.
