We are looking for a JUNIOR SAFETY ANALYST to promote safer and healthier work environments through preventive risk management, PPE control, training support, and performance indicator monitoring. This person will be a key player in ensuring legal compliance, employee well-being, and strengthening safety culture across our operations. Responsibilities: \-Control and issue occupational health documents such as PPP (for retirement purposes), leave of absence records, medical certificates, and occupational examinations, posting them on the company's clients' digital portals whenever applicable and/or required. \-Schedule occupational examinations, including pre-employment, termination, return-to-work, job function change, and periodic exams. \-Manage all aspects related to CA (Approval Certificates) and PPEs (Personal Protective Equipment) using the company's internal system and post PPE record sheets on clients' digital portals. \-Deliver, replace, instruct on, and monitor PPE usage, as well as verify PPE inventory at headquarters and branch offices. \-Monitor potential client risks—for example, during cargo securing—and track workplace accidents to issue CAT (Work Accident Report) or complete "near-miss" reports as needed. \-Organize, schedule, and manage training programs (e.g., Defensive Driving, NR 35, NR 20, CIPA, Fire Brigade), as well as develop occupational health and safety bulletins and DDS (Daily Safety Dialogues). \-Support indicator management using data analysis tools for various purposes, including PPE replacement analysis (testing and cost-benefit comparison). \-Monitor and manage drivers via internal camera analysis and sensor-generated alerts. \-Analyze, manage, and execute claims, traffic fines, and speeding violations.
