Monitor achievement of targets and performance indicators established by upper management. Supervise the flow of shipping documents and loads, ensuring speed and compliance in operations. Manage employee absences and delays, actively overseeing attendance and punctuality. Lead training and development of new operators on material handling equipment and specific operational processes. Encourage positive team behavior, proactivity, and collaboration toward achieving objectives. Ensure timely and accurate recording of production and shipping data, monitoring process adherence. Record incidents, various entries, and relevant observations in the system, ensuring information traceability. Review and validate production entries in the system, reconciling inputs and outputs to ensure data accuracy. Supervise material sorting and allocation, ensuring products are organized according to loading sequence and shipping needs. Conduct Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS), reinforcing safe practices and accident prevention culture. Formally notify and warn employees who fail to comply with occupational safety rules and procedures. Supervise cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of machines, equipment, and the entire loading area. Ensure organization and control of finished product inventory in the loading area. Participate in ongoing performance evaluation and feedback with the team regarding incentive criteria. Comply with and enforce occupational safety regulations, supervising subordinates' use of PPE as required for team safety.
