Ensure financial profitability and accurate billing of projects. **Junior Project Analyst** =============================== TOTVS | Cascavel - PR | Hybrid Job Description Responsible for leading implementation/evolution projects with clients to ensure implementation quality and success, coordinating necessary resources to meet deadlines and deliverables agreed upon with the client. Responsibilities and Duties * Lead small-scale and non-customized projects; * Identify and document project stakeholders based on the MIT (Methodology Integration Template); * Support planning and execution of communications; * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal departments, sharing data and information via emails, calls/meetings, and system records; * Identify project risks under one's responsibility and record them in the system; * Document lessons learned based on MIT documentation; * Plan and allocate resources involved in the project; * Report project data to management using performance indicators; * Ensure timely and accurate billing for service projects, in accordance with the commercial proposal signed by the client; * Ensure financial profitability of service projects under one's responsibility; * Ensure consistent time tracking for all allocated resources on projects under one's responsibility. Requirements and Qualifications * Education: Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Information Technology, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or related fields. * Specific Knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite – Excel; theoretical knowledge of project tools and methodologies. Desirable Qualifications * Familiarity with TOTVS products.
