A professional to monitor and control international logistics processes, assist in customs clearance, and communicate with suppliers and customers.

**LOCATION:** Administrative Center \- Medianeira/PR;**SCHEDULE:** 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM \- 1:30 PM to 5:48 PM, Monday to Friday;**WORK MODE:** On-site;**CONTRACT TYPE:** CLT. **Responsibilities:**
* Monitor and control international logistics processes, tracking shipment status, shipping and delivery deadlines, and supporting customs clearance and cargo release procedures.
* Communicate with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and cargo agents, assisting also in international freight quotation and logistics negotiations.
* Verify, organize, and control foreign trade documents, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and departmental procedures.
* Enter logistics and documentary information into internal systems and prepare operational follow-up reports.
**Requirements:**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Relations, or related fields.
* Experience in administrative routines and processes is considered a plus.
* Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication ability.
* English fluency is considered a plus.
