




Job Summary: The professional will monitor, assist in supporting, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance of ITS systems, as well as analyze data and contribute to security and technological innovation. Identify opportunities for technological innovation Responsibilities: Monitor daily and assist in supporting ITS systems (telemetry, tracking, electronic fare collection, variable message signs, access control systems, GPS systems, Wi-Fi routers, LTE cellular communication, onboard digital media systems, applications, and camera systems); perform preventive and corrective maintenance of ITS systems; oversee the implementation and technological upgrades of public transport systems, interacting with and providing support to internal operational teams and external vendors, with a focus on customer service and compliance with the company’s operations contract. Analyze data generated by ITS systems to support operational and strategic decision-making; manage processes and access controls to ensure the security of data and systems, reviewing policies and access rights for all involved parties, related servers, internal networks, and associated software; identify opportunities for technological innovation aimed at continuous improvement in public transport operations and the company’s internal IT network. Provide technical support for the company’s and fleet’s IT infrastructure and technologies, including IT equipment and onboard systems. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields; * Prior experience in technical support, operation, or maintenance of ITS systems, embedded systems, or technologies applied to public transport or urban mobility is desirable; * Basic knowledge of networking, data analysis, and information security; * Driver’s license category B; * Training courses related to embedded electronics, computer networking, audio and video, vehicle electronics, CCTV, electronic control systems such as alarms, tracking systems, and automation.
