Check out the opportunity we are offering: **\*Technical Support Technician\*** Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws); Work Model: On-site \- Indefinite Term; Toledo \- PR Monday to Friday \| Business Hours. **\*Responsibilities:\*** Level 1 and Level 2 support; Support for operating systems and networks; Software, hardware, and printer maintenance and installation; and Field service, microcomputing, basic infrastructure, and incident management. **\*Requirements and Qualifications:\*** Knowledge of microcomputing, Windows, and basic hardware; knowledge of basic infrastructure; Knowledge of equipment preparation, imaging, installation, and configuration; Own vehicle for transportation; availability for on-call/standby duty, averaging 200 hours per month.
