




Job Summary: An IT professional focused on Level 1 and Level 2 support, hardware and software maintenance, and on-site support for infrastructure and microcomputing. Key Highlights: 1. Providing Level 1 and Level 2 support for operating systems and networks. 2. Maintaining and installing software, hardware, and printers. 3. Providing on-site IT/telecom/field support to clients.
