Requirements: **Essential** * Completed bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in customer service; * Knowledge of networking; * Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and 365; * Basic knowledge of microcomputers. **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate degree in a related field; * Knowledge of CCTV.
