




Job Summary: Responsible for greeting clients, answering calls, scheduling appointments, responding to communications, and providing administrative support in a dynamic environment. Effective communication and proactivity RESPONSIBILITIES: * Greet clients, visitors, and suppliers with friendliness and professionalism. * Answer and route telephone calls. * Schedule appointments and manage the meeting calendar. * Respond to company emails and messages. * Maintain reception organization and control of people's entry and exit. * Receive and distribute correspondence and documents. * Support simple administrative tasks and provide assistance to other departments when necessary. * WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: * Completed high school education * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, internet). * Organization, proactivity, and courtesy in public service. * Availability to work on rotating shifts (12x36 and 5x2), which vary depending on the location to be covered.
