We seek committed, responsible individuals with a strong desire to learn and grow alongside the company. **Concresuper** is seeking an **IT Intern** to provide support and assistance in daily Information Technology operations, contributing to system maintenance, infrastructure management, and internal user support. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to users (hardware and software); * Assist in maintaining computers, printers, and peripherals; * Support the installation and configuration of systems and applications; * Assist in managing and organizing IT equipment; * Help resolve internal service requests and demands; * Support information security and promote best practices for system usage; * Collaborate with the IT team on internal projects and improvements. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or technical program in **IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields**; * **Minimum age: 18 years**; * Basic knowledge of computer science, networks, and operating systems; * Organized, responsible, and eager to learn; * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic knowledge of networks, cabling, and infrastructure; * Familiarity with computer maintenance; * Interest in technical support and user assistance; * Basic knowledge of ERP systems.
