Preparation of financial reports to support decision-making. #### **About the Role:** Monitor and control Private Label financial operations, ensuring accurate verification, reconciliation, and monitoring of the producer's financial transactions, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and decision-making support. #### **Main Responsibilities:** Verification and validation of Private Label financial operations; Ongoing monitoring of the producer's account, including deposits and redemptions; Financial reconciliation of executed transactions, ensuring consistency among systems, statements, and internal controls; Analysis of discrepancies, identification of inconsistencies, and support in resolving financial pending items; Preparation of financial reports and support to internal departments for decision-making; Ensuring adherence to deadlines, internal policies, and financial controls. #### **Desired Qualifications (Preferred):** Prior experience in financial routines, reconciliation, and operational control; Knowledge of financial products and/or structured operations (experience with Private Label / Private Labor is preferred); Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; Analytical mindset, organized approach, and attention to detail. #### **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance or on-site cafeteria; * Dental plan; * Life insurance; * Purchase discounts
