We will transform 440 km of highways with investments totaling BRL 4.6 billion, bringing greater safety, traffic flow, and regional development. The concession period includes the duplication of 239 km of highway, the construction of 20 km of parallel roads, the realignment of 2 km of road, and the implementation of the Peabiru bypass. Additionally, 51 grade-separated intersections, 1 viaduct, 17 at-grade roundabouts and U-turns, 5 pedestrian bridges, 6 special structures, and 12 km of bicycle lanes are planned. Apply to our new openings and share!** **Responsibilities and duties** * Support the implementation and maintenance of certifications under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 37001, ISO 39001, ISO 45001, and ISO 55001; * Conduct internal audits based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 39001; * Support the development and updating of policies, work instructions, standards, procedures, flowcharts, and forms, ensuring documentation standardization and control; * Monitor corrective and preventive actions of the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring execution and effectiveness of action plans; * Coordinate with departments on environmental monitoring, anti-bribery, occupational health and safety, and road safety; * Manage legal requirements software and others, ensuring timely updates and dissemination of environmental, anti-bribery, occupational health and safety, and road safety legislation; * Maintain updated and organized environmental legal documentation, including licenses, conditions, and other applicable requirements; * Monitor performance indicators related to quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and road safety; * Support environmental monitoring covering waste, water, noise, air quality, fauna, flora, and legal requirements; * Monitor and validate third-party environmental documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements; * Monitor environmental service contracts and providers, supporting control over deliverables and related documentation; * Assess legal requirements applicable to the organization, especially those related to the environment; * Raise awareness among employees regarding compliance with principles and requirements of the Integrated Management System, promoting a culture of quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and road safety; * Deliver lectures, training sessions, and presentations on IMS-related topics to internal and external audiences; * Perform other related activities as required by the area concerning the Integrated Management System; * Comply with and enforce Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, and Road Safety standards and procedures, ensuring alignment with the Integrated Management Policy, guidelines, and applicable requirements. **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Engineering, Biology, Environmental Management, or related fields; Experience in Processes and Integrated Management Systems (IMS) is desirable; Knowledge of process modeling tools (e.g., Bizagi Modeler or similar). **Additional information** Fully on-site position in Cascavel/PR Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Life insurance; Pharmacy discount; Transportation allowance; Meal voucher and/or food allowance; Profit and Results Sharing (PLR), subject to achievement of goals and performance; Christmas basket; Baby gift kit; **Via Campo** is the concessionaire responsible for operating, maintaining, and modernizing **Lot 5 – Integrated Highways of Paraná**, a project regulated by the National Land Transport Agency (ANTT).
