Focus on laundry process efficiency and safety HOSPITAL ANGELINA CARON HAS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR A LAUNDRY TEAM LEADER **Schedule:** 12x36 \- 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM **Requirements:** Experience in Hospital Laundry; Experience in team leadership; Experience in laundry operational activities; Completed high school education; C **Benefits:** Meal allowance; Chartered transportation (departing from Praça Rui Barbosa – Curitiba, Campina Grande do Sul, Pinhais, Piraquara, São José dos Pinhais, Colombo, Quatro Barras, and Borda do Campo); Birthday day off; On-site cafeteria; Parking agreement; Dental care plan; Life insurance; TotalPass; Payroll-deductible loan. **Responsibilities:** * Complete daily worksheets regarding the quantity of laundered garments and submit them to supervision and coordination; * Request office supplies and cleaning products from the warehouse via the Tasy system; * Monitor daily chemical product levels in the chemical room reservoirs; * Contact suppliers of products whenever necessary; * Track linen requisitions by visiting departments; * Monitor preventive maintenance performed on machines by the maintenance department; * Request corrective maintenance via phone; * Assist in performing departmental tasks during staff absences; * Instruct team members on company regulations, work procedures, and safety protocols; * Organize, monitor, and conduct linen inventories to ensure sufficient garment quantities; * Request authorization from supervision and coordination to collect finished linens from the sewing unit or place purchase orders; * Ensure support for department staff on matters related to routine operations; * Assess training needs for the team; * Perform other duties inherent to hospital needs relevant to this position; * Enter data on clean linens into the Tasy system. Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
