We want your application! #### **Main responsibilities:** * Daily supervision, coordination, and/or execution of cleaning services at client company premises, including sweeping or mopping floors, removing wall dirt and furniture dust, and restocking personal hygiene supplies; * Ensure operational safety by overseeing proper use of cleaning products (degreasers, soap, and general chemicals) and equipment (brooms, vacuum cleaners, steam cleaners, etc.), as well as their maintenance—keeping them stored in appropriate locations and requesting repairs when necessary; * Train subordinates, participate in personnel movement processes, distribute and collect PPEs and timecards, deliver benefit vouchers, maintain team order and discipline—including monitoring proper uniform usage, attendance, and proposing transfers, disciplinary actions, or dismissals; * Periodically supervise, coordinate, and/or perform detailed cleaning tasks as scheduled, such as window washing, fan and lighting fixture cleaning, room disinfection, among others; * Monitor and request replenishment of consumable materials as needed; * Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), comply with Occupational Hygiene and Safety requirements, and correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Adherence to operational procedures required for the position; * Attendance and punctuality; * Leadership ability; * Prior experience as a Cleaning Supervisor; * Knowledge of advanced cleaning and maintenance techniques; #### **Desirable qualifications (advantage):** * Team management and material control skills; * Knowledge of occupational safety regulations applicable to cleaning operations. #### **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Health assistance; * Telemedicine; * Telepsychology; * Dental plan; * Nutritionist coaching; * Sports coaching; * Attendance incentive program; * Life insurance; * Funeral assistance; * Benefits club; * Pharmacy discounts; #### **Work schedule and hours:** * Rotating shift: 6 days on, 1 day off; * 7 hours and 20 minutes per day
