EJA Teacher (Chemistry) \- RP 17712 \- Fiep System (Fiep, Sesi, Senai, and IEL) What are the challenges and main responsibilities? Develop lesson plans, intervention pedagogical plans, and schedules Teach in-person and live classes on required platforms Create, adapt, develop, and update content; Monitor and guide students on theoretical\-methodological issues Clarify students' content doubts and answer posted questions; Assist and guide students on pedagogical procedures, use of the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), and development of personal study plans. Motivate and encourage research and collaboration; Assist students in completing activities and respond to questions via e\-mail, chat; Participate in planning and conducting practical pedagogical activities and in-person assessments at distance learning centers. Develop and administer assessments, correct exams, enter grades or evaluations into the system, and complete reports. Develop study recovery activities and update content and assessment activities in the VLE. Promote interaction among students to ensure quality; Collaborate with specialist teachers to resolve specific doubts and issues. Participate in meetings to align actions and develop new methodological strategies. Monitor students' learning process and track performance Understand student profiles and seek to optimize individualized learning conditions; Implement and enforce quality procedures related to your area of work. Complete and keep the Class Diary updated, recording incidents and attendance. Disseminate, guide, and monitor institutional rules, procedures, and policies communicated Use financial and material resources rationally Participate in updating, training, and development activities promoted by the institution. Contribute to the development of new educational projects and teaching methodologies together with the coordination team. Provide feedback to the project development team regarding student participation, performance, and comments. **Requirements:** What are the main requirements?
