Opportunity to suggest improvements and generate content for the knowledge base Responsible for receiving and addressing customer requests promptly and effectively, ensuring end-to-end follow-up until resolution of the issue or inquiry. Must log all interactions in tickets, seek support when needed, and acquire in-depth knowledge of Inside systems to optimize support delivery. Responsibilities include submitting requests to development, performing integration parameterization processes within the system, negotiating Boleto Inside and Cartão Inside products with customers, mediating relationships between PJBANK and customers, and providing ongoing support for these products. **Specific Responsibilities:** * Customer support via voice, chat, or email; * Monitoring of support tickets, ensuring timely resolution, logging all interactions, and accurately maintaining ticket status; * Conducting software tests and simulations to identify bugs and gather maximum relevant details; * Submitting bug-fix requests to development based on customer-reported issues and requirements; * Proposing process improvements to continuously enhance departmental performance; * Assisting colleagues whenever possible by sharing knowledge; * Creating relevant content for the knowledge base, used across the department to support customer service; * Supporting analysis tasks forwarded to development; * Analyzing requests assertively with a consistent focus on resolution; * Conducting training and onboarding for new customers; * Reporting upsell and cross-sell opportunities to Customer Success; * Negotiating Boleto and Cartão Inside products with Inside’s customers; * Preparing contractual documents and updating them as necessary; * Maintaining relationships with PJBANK; * Providing support to internal customers; * Strong negotiation skills; * Document analysis and interpretation; * Aptitude for financial matters. **If you are a proactive professional with strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of collaborating effectively with your team and solving problems efficiently, send us your resume and join our team!** * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 01:30 PM to 06:00 PM. * **Employment Type:** CLT.
