**Job Description:** ---------------------- Process and submit magnetic files to public authorities (SPED FISCAL, SPED CONTRIBUTIONS, SPED ACCOUNTING, ECF); Perform reconciliations and adjustments of entries made by other system users; Calculate taxes including ICMS, PIS, COFINS, ISS, IRRF, and CSRF; Provide fiscal information support to other users; Configure system fiscal parameters; Record fiscal books; Issue tax payment slips; Monitor and interpret municipal, state, and federal tax legislation; Reconcile, configure, calculate, and issue tax payment slips for additional taxes related to interstate transactions, such as ICMS ST and DIFAL; Provide information upon request from audit/consulting teams; Develop supporting materials for users; Monitor and manage processes at the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service and other agencies; Control federal withholding taxes; Prepare refund and tax compensation procedures; Create and update process control spreadsheets; Issue various legal declarations, such as DCTF, DIRF, PER\-COMP, and any others required; Monitor and implement new system processes to comply with updated tax authority requirements; Identify and correct/assist in correcting any errors preventing invoice issuance; Analyze and justify tax notices received from authorities; Open and monitor support tickets within the system specifically related to fiscal matters; **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences Practical experience in the tax/fiscal area Experience with SPEDs and ancillary obligations **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Knowledge of Protheus ERP system **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR) Health Insurance Plan (Unimed) Dental Insurance Plan (DentalUni) Meal Allowance Childcare Assistance WellHub Life Insurance Mental Health and Well\-being Programs Pharmacy and SESC Benefit Programs Discounts at educational institutions And others **Work Location:** ---------------------- M.
