Job Summary: A professional responsible for coordinating the store, managing the team, supervising operations and results, and identifying business opportunities. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate and supervise all store operations and the team. 2. Manage relationships and communication with a focus on results. 3. Identify business opportunities and plan sales strategies. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Serve customers using the Nissei Standard. * Coordinate the store, acting as the responsible party for communication and relationship management in alignment with company guidelines. * Coordinate team management. * Coordinate, monitor, and organize the store for inventory (stocktaking). * Supervise the operational standards of the unit and team, as well as the effectiveness of operations and store functioning. * Supervise working hours, controlling attendance incidents, shift schedules, and vacation coordination. * Supervise the customer service team’s execution of the Nissei Standard during customer interactions. * Plan, coordinate, and control sales-related activities. * Apply, monitor, and file monthly the PN evaluation form for all employees. * Identify training program needs and participate in planning promotional and advertising strategies. * Identify new locations and business opportunities to be presented to the Operations Management. * Develop, monitor, and ensure compliance with store budgets. * Track goals and develop action plans to achieve results. * Receive goods and organize their storage. * Conduct interviews for hiring new employees. * Perform employee movements, transfers, and terminations. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree; * Minimum 2 years of experience in the field; **COMPETENCIES:** * Time management; * Results orientation; * Dynamism; * Leadership; * Communication; Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree * Life Insurance * Meal Allowance * Gympass * Dental Plan * Education Assistance * Telemedicine * Health Insurance * Performance Bonus * Corporate University
