We seek a strategic professional with a human-centered perspective and sharp execution skills to drive the development and sustainability of HR practices, directly contributing to a high-performance and continuously growing environment. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with institutional strategy. * Lead recruitment and selection processes (profile alignment, screening, interviews, and feedback). * Plan and coordinate training and development programs. * Manage performance evaluation processes, providing structured feedback. * Administer compensation and benefits plans, ensuring equity and competitiveness. * Promote initiatives that enhance organizational climate and employee satisfaction. * Develop and monitor HR metrics (KPIs). * Advise managers and teams on labor legislation and HR policies. * Lead onboarding and integration processes. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in People Management or related areas (preferred). * Proven experience in HR and team leadership. * Solid knowledge of labor legislation and people management practices. * Skills in communication, negotiation, leadership, and conflict resolution. * Ability to align HR practices with organizational strategy. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Experience as a generalist HR professional * Experience with HR metrics and data analysis
