This position involves performing daily accounting activities, including preparation and analysis of financial statements, journal entries, and financial control. In addition, the assistant will be responsible for using accounting software and performing bookkeeping tasks. This is a full-time position requiring on-site presence. **Responsibilities** Accounting; Reconciliation; Preparation and closing of trial balances; Analysis of withholding taxes (PIS, COFINS, and ICMS); Knowledge of tax regimes (Simples Nacional, Presumed Profit, and Real Profit); Fixed asset control; Generation and submission of federal ancillary obligations (EFD and ECD); Customer service (e\-mail, WhatsApp, phone, in-person, and meetings); **Qualifications** Required experience in this role; Experience working in an accounting firm; Active CRC registration; Proficiency in Domínio / Thomson Reuters systems; **Benefits** Salary: R$ 2\.xxx,00 and above (\+ negotiable) based on knowledge assessment test; Working hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 1-hour and 12-minute break; Transportation voucher, with payroll deduction; Meal/food allowance of R$ 31.00 per day, no deduction; Brasil Convênio card, with a limit of 30% of salary (voucher); Health and dental insurance (optional \- with co-payment); Banked hours; Free parking; Collective vacations; **Notes** Please submit your resume with salary expectations; Mobile phone use is prohibited in the workplace; The first interview may be conducted online; the second interview is in-person to administer the knowledge assessment test.
