




Job Summary: Professional responsible for applying epoxy-powder coating on metal-mechanical products, focusing on surface preparation, paint application, and equipment maintenance, ensuring quality and continuous improvement. Active participation in continuous improvement programs * Apply epoxy\-powder coating on metal-mechanical products according to Production schedule. * Inspect and prepare surfaces to be painted; * Identify, prepare, and apply paints onto surfaces; * Dry surfaces and repair painting equipment. * Meet quantity, quality, and cost targets while minimizing scrap and waste. * Prepare materials for production line feeding and/or classify materials for reuse. * Supply chemical products (paints) and ensure material quality. * Segregate and classify scrap, then place it at the Honor Point for subsequent scrap analysis by the Quality Department. * Handle components without compromising product performance within the assembly. * Lubricate, grease, and adjust equipment according to maintenance and process instructions. * Comply with quality requirements and immediately report any deviations to direct supervisor. * Ensure measuring instruments are calibrated before measurement. * Participate in and suggest process improvements within the continuous improvement program. * Follow procedures inherent to the role. **REQUIREMENTS:** High school diploma required Industrial powder painting course required Experience: Minimum 2 years as an industrial painter Compensation: R$3\.148,77 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Free parking * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
