Ensuring safety in hazardous energy control The Services Department is responsible for ensuring the operation of our customers' wind farms, guaranteeing optimal turbine performance throughout their lifetime. The role ensures turbines operate at maximum capacity, delivering the best possible energy production for our customers. As a fundamental team in maintaining long-term customer loyalty. Part of the Services Department, the Special Projects team delivers solutions for situations we may not have encountered before—large-scale, highly complex, high-risk, and high-business-impact scenarios. This is the team that confronts the unknown, bringing structure and solutions to the challenges we face. Our department confidently undertakes projects across varying levels of complexity, risk, and cost. **Base City:** Irecê \- BA **Responsibilities:** * Review and approve lockout procedures; visit sites and verify their implementation; * Support site ECCs, field technicians, and the HSE team. Conduct training for technicians on the hazardous energy program; * Conduct regular audits, inspections, and reviews as required by the hazardous energy control program; * Guide technicians with accurate hazardous energy knowledge; * Support the HSE team in investigating accidents related to hazardous energy; * Ensure compliance with Vestas standards for hazardous energy control. **Qualifications:** * A degree in electrical engineering is considered an advantage; * Experience in a similar position; * Knowledge of relevant standards and legislation; * Valid driver's license (Class B); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Competencies:** * Clear and concise communication; * Leadership and communication skills; * Proficiency with data collection software (e.g., Power BI, Power Apps); * Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, hydraulic designs, and mechanical designs; * Willingness to travel for work; * Analytical and detail-oriented approach to work; * Self-organization / strong time management and stress resilience; * Good English communication skills (and local language); * Spanish language proficiency is an advantage.
