As a **Production Operator**, your responsibilities will include: * Operate production machines and equipment according to established procedures * Perform equipment check\-lists to ensure proper operating conditions * Monitor product quality during the process, identify deviations, and act promptly * Supply production lines and prepare raw materials according to defined standards * Ensure continuous production flow, preventing process interruptions * Record production and quality information in internal systems * Participate in shift handovers, sharing relevant operational information * Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement actions for the production line * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness * Comply with safety, quality, and environmental (EHS) standards **About Us** You may already be familiar with our brands Huggies®, Intimus®, Poise®, and Plenitud®.
