Job Summary: IT internship focused on technical support, IT infrastructure maintenance, and development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to learn new technologies **Work format:** In-person **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 6 hours per day. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program related to Information Technology, such as: * Computer Science; * Information Systems; * Computer Engineering; * Systems Analysis and Development; * Computer Networks; * Software Engineering or related fields. * Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and technical support. * Interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. * Strong learning ability, organizational skills, and teamwork capability. Main Responsibilities: * Provide technical support to internal users. * Assist in maintaining the IT infrastructure. * Support installation, configuration, and updating of hardware and software. * Develop and support solutions utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI). * Assist in identifying and resolving technical issues. * Support the IT team in operational tasks and continuous improvement projects.
