We guarantee the quality of our services by valuing our employees—delivering service with a smile and dedication—ALWAYS CLOSE TO YOU! **MISSION:** Supervise activities related to events and sponsorships, ensuring efficient operational execution, adherence to Vila Galé standards, and excellence in service delivery to both internal and external clients. **YOUR PROFILE:** Completed or ongoing bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality, or related fields; Prior experience in the events industry, preferably within hospitality or tourism; Intermediate or advanced proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office Suite; Intermediate or advanced English language skills (additional languages are considered an advantage); Organized, proactive profile with strong planning and management capabilities; Leadership skills, clear communication, and results-oriented mindset; Ability to work collaboratively, negotiate effectively, and deliver outstanding customer service. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** Oversee, guide, and manage the daily routine of Event Assistants, ensuring organization, productivity, and alignment with Vila Galé standards. Identify potential operational challenges, propose effective solutions, and engage necessary support functions to ensure continuity and quality of operations. Supervise client communications via email and telephone, ensuring excellence, standardized messaging, and continuous improvement of the customer experience. Directly serve and manage key accounts and strategic clients, maintaining close relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Evaluate Event Assistants’ performance based on executed events, performance indicators, and achieved outcomes. Conduct individual and group feedback sessions to foster technical and behavioral development of the team. Support the planning, organization, and execution of events, ensuring cross-departmental alignment. Ensure timely compliance with deadlines, contracts, internal procedures, and established quality standards.
