Job Description \-As Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Infrastructure Department, overseeing building maintenance and civil works contracts, accommodation administration, and general maintenance services for internal site roads, industrial and administrative facility refrigeration systems, aiming to ensure the availability of all infrastructure required for the Mine and Filtration Area at the Port. **Key responsibilities include:** * Develop and manage budgets based on historical department data and projected future demand, while monitoring budget adherence to ensure effective budget execution. * Regularly assess access routes to Anglo American operations. * Manage building maintenance for Anglo American housing in Conceição do Mato Dentro/MG. * Manage infrastructure contracts, ensuring safety, cost efficiency and quality in delivering support activities to operations. * Oversee condominium activities, managing contracts and contractor activities to ensure maintenance, minor construction works, sanitation, industrial and comfort refrigeration, pest and vector control, and property management. * Lead small\- and medium\-scale infrastructure projects both on\-site and off\-site in locations where Anglo American operates, such as construction of staff housing, schools, church renovations, and social area support projects, among others. * Manage civil works execution through reports and evidence generated by Technicians and Engineers, as well as conducting on\-site visits to verify adherence to planning, types and quality of materials used, and to gather supporting information for management. * Uphold Anglo American’s Vision, Mission and Values, applying and ensuring their implementation across all dimensions, guaranteeing training and understanding for all team members. * Focus on your department’s Integrated Management System, complying with and applying all existing and available management tools, particularly those related to Human Resources, Safety, and Operational Quality. * Ensure full compliance with operational management standards and procedures. * Implement compliance programs and conduct internal and external audits. * Analyze operational KPIs to identify potential deviations and implement necessary corrective actions. * Apply risk analysis techniques to ensure adherence to standards, audits and follow\-up of all corrective actions. * Participate in developing new suppliers by applying technical knowledge of new materials and products that enable continuous optimization of general activities without compromising final service quality. * Comply with Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, Social Responsibility and Business Integrity policies and procedures. **Qualifications \-The profile we seek for this position:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. * Active CREA registration. * Driver’s license – Category B. * Experience in resource optimization. * Intermediate English proficiency preferred. * Postgraduate qualification in related fields preferred. **Additional Information \-Why join our team?** We are a company committed to turning our beliefs and values into reality.
