Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including contact information, medical history, and appointment logs. Manage physicians’ and healthcare professionals’ schedules, ensuring proper time allocation and avoiding scheduling conflicts. Collect patient payments and process invoices and health insurance claims. Answer telephone calls and emails, providing information and directing inquiries to appropriate staff. Maintain a clean and organized reception and waiting area. Assist physicians and healthcare professionals with administrative tasks, such as completing forms and requesting authorizations. Ensure patient confidentiality and comply with data privacy regulations.
