Responsibilities include: * Supervise and guide product dispatch, ensuring compliance with operational processes, safety and quality rules for shipping. * Monitor / assist own and third-party operational teams in carrying out receiving, picking, and dispatching activities, guaranteeing all operations are performed efficiently and according to established standards. * Conduct periodic inventories to ensure accuracy and consistency between physical and book inventory. * Invoice processing for NFS. * Control the entry and exit of materials, ensuring correct product movement. * Management, control, and handling of aging / damaged / blocked stock. * Know and apply SIG procedures and standards. * Perform material handling and operations with forklifts when necessary. * Manage returns. * Prepare managerial reports with warehouse performance indicators. * Analyze inventory data, identifying trends and improvement opportunities. * Identify and mitigate risks related to inventory control. * Propose improvements in inventory control processes, aiming to increase operational efficiency. * Perform mapping, scheduling, and control of transit inventory via coastal shipping and road transport. * Serve as a role model for safe behavior, encouraging the team to practice active and responsible care. Promote strict adherence to safety procedures and integrate prevention into daily routines.
