Here, you can discover new challenges, new horizons, new goals, and even more about yourself! **Responsibilities and Duties** **DATA:** GS: 13 Location: Mucuri/BA Applications until: 09/19/2025 **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * Responsible for quality control of semi-finished, finished products and inputs, control and assurance of methodology, standards and management of laboratory analysis equipment; * Validation and updating of product specifications together with the innovation team; * Raw material management, handling non-conformities with suppliers, failure analysis, return flow and product reimbursement; * Jointly creating raw material specifications with Process Engineering; * Conduct capability studies of machines and processes to meet specifications; * Management of release/quarantine of finished and semi-finished products and inputs, as well as the entire handling process; * Handling non-conformities related to internal and external customer complaints, using methodology to perform analysis and action plans; * Monitoring improvements, changes, and tests performed in processes impacting product and input quality, being responsible for preparing the quality analysis in the final test report, providing assessment regarding the product/raw material using statistical analysis; * Monitoring and managing actions arising from internal and external audits related to the Quality Management System and certifications; * Ensuring the Quality Management System through training, standardization, and operational support in developing a quality culture; * Managing process analyses of the wet section of paper machines; * Managing measurement equipment for variables, including calibration, inventory, replacements, spare equipment, etc.; * Supporting operations and Process Engineering in analyzing problems affecting quality; * Monitoring the daily routine of quality analysts, providing day-to-day support; * Responsible for training new quality department employees; * Responsible for ensuring quality routines occur within the area alongside plant management; * Training and qualifying operations and support areas on quality requirements and standards; Continuously promote actions and behaviors to shift the company's quality culture, leading and participating in projects related to Quality Culture transformation. * **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHO INSPIRES US?** * Someone who believes in our values; * Initiative-driven; * Analytical mindset; * Proposes ideas and solutions. **WHAT DOES SUZANO EXPECT FROM YOU?** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (with active CRQ); * Postgraduate specialization in the field is desirable; * Experience in the paper or tissue segment; Strong communication skills with stakeholders. * **Additional Information** We are a **Brazilian multinational company, a global reference in developing sustainable and innovative solutions** made from renewable sources through eucalyptus tree cultivation.
