Also Hire, in partnership with a business development initiative, is seeking individuals who enjoy conversing, listening, guiding, and generating real impact on the daily operations of local entrepreneurs. Here, your role is not to sell products. It is to visit local commercial establishments, understand each business’s reality, and support those at the forefront of the city’s economy. **ABOUT THE CHALLENGE** Do you easily approach people, quickly build trust, and turn conversations into practical guidance? In this role, you will visit micro and small businesses in Irecê, assess each business’s current situation, and guide entrepreneurs based on diagnosis, active listening, and management tools. This position is ideal for those who enjoy being outdoors, engaging directly with people, and thriving in a dynamic routine. We are not looking for someone to sit behind a desk. We seek someone who works in the field—with professionalism, clarity, and commitment to service quality. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** Plan your daily schedule of visits to local businesses. Approach micro and small entrepreneurs in streets and commercial centers, introducing the business guidance program. Conduct interviews and diagnostics to understand how each business operates and identify areas for improvement. Record information accurately in a dedicated mobile application—clearly, systematically, and diligently. Provide practical guidance and management tools tailored to the needs identified during each interaction. Participate in training and capacity-building sessions offered throughout the project. **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR** Field Profile: Individuals who enjoy external routines, direct public interaction, and autonomous work. Communication and Presence: Strong verbal fluency, active listening skills, and ability to relate effectively with entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds. Operational Discipline: Organizational skills to manage schedules, accurately record interactions, and follow established procedures. Professional Maturity: Individuals who understand that high-quality service requires consistency, responsibility, and appropriate conduct. Technical Background: Completed or ongoing undergraduate or technological degree in any field (from the second semester onward). Basic Technology Skills: Proficiency in using smartphones, applications, and internet navigation. Preferred Qualification: Availability for occasional travel within the region. **WHAT WE OFFER** Base salary. Transportation, meal, and internet allowances.
