Conduct daily inspections and maintenance of equipment **HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR** **Work Location:** Caetité – BA **Work Schedule:** 44 hours per week **Company:** Grupo GVC ### **About the Position:** We are looking for a **Heavy Equipment Operator** to carry out operational activities, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with internal procedures. If you have experience operating heavy equipment and are committed to safety and quality, this position is for you! ### **Main Responsibilities:** ✅ Operate heavy equipment according to operational demands (excavators, wheel loaders, backhoes, etc.); ✅ Perform daily inspections of equipment to verify operational and safety conditions; ✅ Maintain equipment cleanliness, conservation, and proper functioning; ✅ Comply with safety, environmental, and operational procedures; ✅ Support teams in material handling, loading, and excavation activities; ✅ Report any irregularities, malfunctions, or maintenance needs to supervisors. ### **Requirements:** ✔ Completed elementary education (high school diploma preferred); ✔ Proven experience as a heavy equipment operator; ✔ Training and/or certification for operating heavy equipment; ✔ Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance; ✔ Commitment to safety, responsibility, and teamwork. ### **Benefits:** Competitive market-based salary Transportation allowance Meal allowance Health insurance Dental insurance TotalPass (wellness and gym benefit)
