**Important position details:**
* + Work location: Brumado \- BA;
+ Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM;
+ Work modality: On-site;
+ Contract type: Permanent.
**Responsibilities:**
* + Oversee governance of routine management processes: Standardization, 6S, Anomaly Handling, Kaizen, and CEDAC (Cause-and-Effect Diagram with Cards);
+ Lead the development and follow-up of Kaizen activities in factories, ensuring effectiveness and financial return for the company;
+ Execute and monitor 6S activities in factories, ensuring program implementation and sustainability within the company;
+ Conduct area diagnostics using Lean Manufacturing tools to achieve sustainable organizational results;
+ As an internal auditor, perform daily audits in operational and/or administrative areas where the 6S program is implemented, verifying compliance with established standards;
+ Evaluate and measure operational areas’ adherence to the integrated management system through GEMBA audits across the pillars of Hoshin Kanri, Kaizen, Daily Routine Management, Safety \+ 5S;
+ Lead the development and follow-up of Kaizen activities in factories, ensuring effectiveness and financial return for the company;
+ Implement, per priority, dissemination of problem-solving methodology knowledge, ensuring methodology implementation and sustainability within the company;
+ Support implementation of benchmark standards for measuring OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and TRF (Quick Tool Change) performance parameters.
**Required knowledge and skills:**
* + Knowledge of routine management and process standardization: 6S (5S \+ Safety), SOPs, TPM, SMED, and Kanban;
+ Experience with continuous improvement tools: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and PDCA;
+ Ability to identify improvement opportunities, analyze processes, and apply problem-solving methodologies;
+ Skill in root cause analysis, action plan definition, and deviation handling;
+ Knowledge of CEDAC (Cause-and-Effect Diagram with Cards);
+ Advanced Microsoft Office suite;
+ Basic/intermediate English;
+ Willingness to travel occasionally.
**Preferred qualifications:**
* + Knowledge/experience in manufacturing production;
+ Power BI.
