Providing digital customer service and relationship management via social media and WhatsApp. We are looking for a Recruitment and Relationship Consultant to strategically drive student recruitment, contract closing, and digital customer service via social media and WhatsApp. The professional will play a fundamental role in the institution’s growth by converting student interest into actual enrollments. **Responsibilities:** Recruit students for courses through both active and passive outreach. Clearly and persuasively present program benefits, differentiators, and commercial terms. Manage enrollment and contract closing processes while ensuring student satisfaction. Respond to and interact promptly, empathetically, and professionally on social media and WhatsApp. Maintain ongoing relationships with prospective students, nurturing their interest until enrollment. Apply customer service scripts and persuasive techniques to improve conversion rates. Update lead and sales tracking reports and spreadsheets. Contribute ideas to strengthen the institution’s digital presence and attract new prospects. **Requirements** · Completed high school education (or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields). · Prior experience in commercial customer service, call centers, sales, or student recruitment. · Familiarity with social media platforms, WhatsApp Business, and digital CRM tools. · Preferred: knowledge of digital marketing and negotiation techniques. **Behavioral Profile** Dynamic and enthusiastic approach to engaging prospective students.
