We are looking for a candidate to develop professional, technical, and behavioral competencies through the integration of practical and theoretical learning. The candidate will support activities within their assigned area, contributing to the organization and efficiency of internal processes, always in compliance with the Program’s guidelines and applicable legislation. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGE?** * Support administrative and operational activities in your assigned area; * Assist in organizing, controlling, and updating documents, spreadsheets, and records; * Provide internal and/or external customer service, as applicable, always under supervision; * Support monitoring of routines, deadlines, and departmental tasks; * Participate in training sessions, capacity-building activities, and theoretical components outlined in the apprenticeship program; * Perform tasks compatible with your education level and scheduled working hours, respecting the legal limits of the program; * Maintain workplace organization and ensure appropriate use of equipment and resources; * Comply with regulations, internal policies, and safety, ethics, and professional conduct guidelines; * Collaborate with the team, demonstrating professionalism and willingness to learn. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to express ideas clearly and persuasively, whether speaking with customers; * The ability to take initiative, independently solve problems, and efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously. **WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?** * Completed or currently pursuing high school education; * Age: Up to 24 years old (in accordance with apprenticeship legislation); * Availability of 4 to 6 hours per day; * Good verbal and written communication skills; * Computer literacy; * Teamwork ability; * Willingness to learn and grow within the field; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and computer applications. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Apprenticeship stipend; * 50% discount on your internet plan, helping you stay constantly connected; * Career development plan; * Continuous training program AVANÇO TECH; * Opportunities for professional growth and development; * A welcoming and collaborative work environment.
