Additionally, this role provides administrative support to the department, contributing to the efficiency and organization of internal processes. * Conduct new employee onboarding, including document verification and system registration * Assist in employee attendance tracking, verifying absences, tardiness, and overtime hours * Participate in payroll preparation, reviewing calculations and deductions * Manage employee benefits, such as transportation vouchers and meal vouchers * Assist in organizing internal training sessions and events, ensuring necessary logistics * Support employee offboarding processes, calculating severance payments and preparing relevant documentation * Maintain up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with labor legislation * Assist in preparing HR and personnel department performance reports and indicators * Collaborate with the team in implementing internal policies and procedures * Provide support to employees by addressing inquiries and offering guidance on labor and HR matters
