We seek a Senior Designer capable of transforming strategic concepts into sophisticated interfaces, brand identities, and digital experiences—backed by strong technical proficiency and a refined visual repertoire. Responsibilities: \- Create website layouts, landing pages, and interfaces in Figma; \- Develop visual systems and brand extensions; \- Produce high-standard digital assets and presentations; \- Produce motion design for reels, bumpers, and micro-interactions; \- Structure organized handoffs for development; \- Ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints. Requirements: Advanced proficiency in Figma; Experience in motion design; Ability to create websites (UI/UX + page structure); Portfolio demonstrating art direction and aesthetic refinement; Branding vision and extreme attention to detail; Strong communication skills and autonomy. Desirable: Experience with no-code tools (Webflow, Framer, Readymag or similar); Basic knowledge of UX writing; Experience at premium agencies or design studios.
