Work Order and Service Request Management Monitor the creation, prioritization, and closure of work orders in the maintenance management system. Ensure accurate recording and updating of all information related to maintenance activities. Ensure planners conduct accurate analyses using the GUT methodology (Severity, Urgency, Trend) to determine priorities. Monitor the backlog of pending requests and emergency service generation, ensuring all involved teams understand the workflows. Data and Performance Analysis Track and analyze adherence to the weekly schedule, conducting meetings and defining action plans for necessary improvements. Evaluate the quality of planning deliverables, including resources defined in work orders. Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) to identify strategies and opportunities for improvement in maintenance activities. Monitor the time between planning and execution of work orders, aiming to reduce bottlenecks. Resource Planning Ensure planning and scheduling activities are carried out according to established weekly schedules. Lead the structuring of scheduled shutdown and off-season schedules, identifying required resources and costs. Ensure organization of materials and resources in the maintenance workshop for execution of weekly schedules. Schedule and manage resources such as cranes and aerial work platforms (AWP), recording usage time for each activity. Training and Development Train the planning and scheduling team, promoting continuous training and development focused on operational improvements. Team Management Lead and develop the PCM (Planning and Maintenance Control) team, promoting integration among production, maintenance, procurement, reliability, and CPCM departments. Ensure operational and production teams fully understand planning, scheduling, and emergency request workflows, guaranteeing operational efficiency. Innovation and Technology Implementation Identify and implement technological solutions and innovative processes that optimize maintenance activities. Promote a culture of innovation, seeking opportunities to increase productivity and reduce operational costs. Cost and Budget Management Prepare, manage, and optimize the department's budget, prioritizing initiatives that increase efficiency and reduce operational risks. Safety and Compliance Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
