A construction and real estate development company seeks an Administrative Assistant professional in Pinhais (Alphaville Graciosa). **Responsibilities:** Accurately issue invoices for parts, services, fuel, and freight bills in the ERP system. Manage maintenance, fueling, and documentation information for yellow-line equipment, light and heavy vehicles. Monitor and manage fleet fines via internal platforms and systems, updating records and necessary follow-ups. Place purchase orders and perform technical registration of new materials, parts, and services in the system, maintaining a standardized database. Provide direct operational support to the fleet manager regarding cost control and organization of preventive and corrective maintenance routines. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Executive Secretary, or Administrative Coordinator may indicate suitability for some of the activities in this position. High school diploma required.
